homemade lemonade


Hello everyone from my new post. I mentioned the topic of this week's post, last week. Today’s topic is homemade lemonade. You know that we are now in the pandemic period and in this period it is not healthy to buy some things from outside. You may think open products are dirtier than packaged ones because everyone touches them. However, you can not know how packaged products are prepared. So, you cannot be sure that they are healthy and clean. Due to these reasons, I decided to share healthy recipes which are easy to make at home. If you are ready, let’s move on to the recipe. 


          
         INGREDIENTS

·       5 lemons

·       1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

·       1 liter of water

  

         NOTES:

·       You can increase or decrease the amount of water. Therefore, it would be better to add the water gradually instead of adding it directly.

·       If you want, you can add ice, mint, or strawberries to the recipe.

            After giving the ingredients list we can continue with how we can make this recipe.

How to make it?

·       Wash and dry the lemons well.

·       Grate the lemons with a grater.

·       Put the grated lemons in a large bowl.

·       Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the bowl. If you want, you can add all the sugar at once, but when you do like I said, it tastes better.

·       With the help of a spoon, mix the sugar and lemon.

·       While mixing, crush the sugar with the back of the tablespoon. In this way, the sugar will not be as hard as before.

·       Squeeze the juice of lemons and add to the mixture in the bowl and mix it.

·       After that step adds the water.

·       Put ices in a pitcher.

·       Put the mixture from this bowl to the pitcher but use the strainer when pouring it into the pitcher.

·       Pour hot water into a clean glass. Then add 2 tablespoons of sugar to this glass and mix well. Stir and dissolve the sugar in the water.

·       Then add the mixture from this glass to the pitcher and mix.

·       That is all! Your homemade lemonade is now ready.

I want to give you extra pieces of information about the recipe.

·       Grate the lemons with the thin part of the grater.

·       When grating lemons, do not grate the white part. Because if you grate this part, your lemonade will be bitter.

While surfing on Instagram, I saw the recipe shared by a blogger, and a lot of people liked it in the comments, I wanted to share it with you.
