STRAWBERRY

post. Today’s post is about strawberries. Do you like strawberry? If you like,
do you now benefit and harms of strawberries? After reading this post, you will

It decreases

When
we eat strawberries, our blood sugar doesn't increase much. So it can be a

In

Some people mention that it reduces puffiness under the eyes and helps in acne treatment, but I haven't seen a scientific article about this.

Harms:
Eating too many
strawberries can cause conditions such as bloating, heartburn, and abdominal
pain.
The kidneys and bladder can be damaged by the oxalate substance found in the body fluid and the excess oxalate substance that enters the body due to the oxalate in strawberries. This is the most important harm of strawberries.
Actually, strawberries are one of my favourite fruits. Thanks to this post, I also learned a lot of information. I think strawberries are wonderful fruits.
