Strawberry is a fruit that is rich in antioxidants. Thanks to its antioxidant, it increases body resistance against diseases.

Strawberry contains a phytochemical that slows down the development of cancer.

Since strawberries contain plenty of fibre, which can be a good remedy for constipation.

When we eat strawberries, our blood sugar doesn't increase much. So it can be a healthy snack for diabetics.

In addition, dieters may also choose it as a snack because it has the feature of keeping it full for a long time thanks to its fibrous structure.

Some people mention that it reduces puffiness under the eyes and helps in acne treatment, but I haven't seen a scientific article about this.

Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C.

Excellent for our eyes health.

I think that many benefits will be enough and I want to move on to strawberries harms.

Harms:

Eating too many strawberries can cause conditions such as bloating, heartburn, and abdominal pain.

The kidneys and bladder can be damaged by the oxalate substance found in the body fluid and the excess oxalate substance that enters the body due to the oxalate in strawberries. This is the most important harm of strawberries.
