Hello everyone from my new blog post! Today’s topic is
similar to last week. Today, I will talk about the benefits and harms of food.
This is a winter fruit. MANDARIN!  Let’s
start with benefits.
Mandarin’s
benefits:
·       It
strengthens the immune system. You know this is important in the current
pandemic days.
·       Mandarin
supports the formation of new cells in the body.
·       Also,
it is important to preserve us from cancer.
·       It
prevents the excessive increase in blood pressure.
·       It
helps to get better of wounds faster than normal.
·       Mandarin
is also important for our eye health because it contains vitamin A and vitamin
A is very important for our eye health.
The damages of mandarin:
·       Eating
more than 2 mandarins in a day can damage your stomach.
·       If
young children eat too much mandarin, they may have a rash on their faces.
·       Although
mandarin is a healthy fruit, it can damage sensitive bodies.
·       Pregnant
women should not eat too much mandarin.
Extra ideas from the author:
·       Do
not throw the tangerine shells away! You can make tea from them. You can search for recipes on the internet.
· If it contains seeds, do not eat them, throw them away.
