Hello everyone! Today, I would like to talk about apple’s benefits and harms. Let’s start with benefits.

·       Apple strengthens the body.

·       People should eat who have constipation illnesses.

·       Eating apples without peel prevents diarrhea, so those who have diarrhea should eat the apple without the peel.

·       It is rich in vitamin C.

·       It might be good for people who have heart disease or cancer.

·       Apple provides weight control.


Let's continue with harms!

·       Eating too many apples is harmful.

·       If you eat too many apples, you will gain weight.

    

     As you can see, apple has more benefits than harms.

·       If you are on a diet, you cannot eat cake when you want to eat dessert. In this case you may wrap the apple with foil and put it in the oven, you can get a great dessert both sweet and healthy.
